We collect information while you access or use AudioTie. In other words, when you access or use the AudioTie Application we are aware of your usage of AudioTie, and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage. For example, when you connect to AudioTie, your computer tells us your IP address. We may further log the content you generate during your use of AudioTie, such as status lines on Facebook.
We also collect information which you voluntarily permitted Facebook to provide us. For example, when you wish to connect to AudioTie for the first time through your Facebook account, we will ask you to allow Facebook to provide us certain information.
2.1 Registration and Profile Information.
When you create an account, we may collect your personal information such as your username, first and last name, email address, a photo and any other information you entered while creating your account. This information and additional information can be collected when you decide to signup with facebook, or when you connect your facebook or twitter accounts with AudioTie.
2.2 Data collected through use of the Service.
After you set up your account, we may ask or you might provide us other profile and demographic information, such as age, gender, info about your studio gear and more.
2.3 Connected social accounts.
Personal Information can be gathered from Facebook (if the User holds an active account on Facebook) or Twitter (if the User holds an active account on Twitter) and which the User specifically permits Facebook or Twitter to provide AudioTie with, upon any access to or use of the AudioTie Application.
2.4 Activity on site.
We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your use of third party applications, information regarding your activity on AudioTie, and other information that assists us in analyzing and improving the Service. Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our Users, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser at this time.
Information is collected in order to enhance the User's experience on AudioTie. And also to learn about the preferences of users and general trends on AudioTie (e.g. understand which features are more popular than others).

Some of your AudioTie Personal information will be visible publicly or will be visible to other AudioTie users: your name, your country, your profile picture, your AudioTie ranking and AudioTie achievement, and your activity on AudioTie (Including but not restricted to workout completion, personal records, days on the platform and more). Other data, images or music that you will upload, provide or post might be available publicly (That means that anyone can watch or listen to it). Your profile page might also be available publicly.
If you have registered to AudioTie directly, you may request us to delete any of your Personal Information from your account on AudioTie, for any reason you may have, by sending us an email to: [mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org], and we will make reasonable efforts to delete any such information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws.
If you connected to AudioTie for the first time through your active Facebook profile, then you will not be able to delete your Personal Information directly from AudioTie. This is because you originally inserted such Personal Information to your profile on Facebook. To delete this Information, you will be required to edit your Facebook profile accordingly. Such deletion of Personal Information on your Facebook profile will be reflected on your account on AudioTie thereafter.
When you visit AudioTie, Company may use industry-wide technologies such as "cookies" (or similar technologies), which stores certain information on your computer ("Local Storage") and which will allow us to enable automatic activation of certain features, and make your AudioTie experience much more convenient and effortless. The cookies used by AudioTie are created per session, does not include any information about you, other than your session key and are removed as your session ends (usually after 24 hours). It is easy to prohibit the Local Storage. Most browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your computer's hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. However, if you block or erase cookies, your online experience may be limited.
We also use certain third-party cookies. These are a different kind of cookies, stored on your computer by third parties, rather than by the Company. This kind of cookie is only read (and not altered by AudioTie) each time you visit AudioTie, and also when you visit certain websites or applications that uses similar cookies. Third-party cookies usually store only a Non-personal Information, such as the web pages you have visited, the duration of your browsing, etc.
We take a great care in maintaining the security of AudioTie and your information and in preventing unauthorized access to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
